We strongly recommend contacting us via WhatsApp before placing your order. Our team will gladly assist you with sizing guidance to help you select the best fit.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

•⁠ ⁠Incorrect size selection
•⁠ ⁠Color variations between screen displays and the actual product
•⁠ ⁠Change of mind
•⁠ ⁠Personal preference
•⁠ ⁠Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer
•⁠ ⁠Event cancellations or date changes

Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your device due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and photography.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

•⁠ ⁠Clear photographs of the item
•⁠ ⁠Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Custom, Made-to-Order & Special Order Items

All custom-made, made-to-order, couture, bridal, eveningwear, and specially sourced items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved due to a verified defect or error on our part, return shipping arrangements will be communicated directly to you.
